Latest innovations developed by Marco in the new tuna vessel of Calvo Group

20 years after its last construction (the Montelucía), the Calvo Group is building its new tuna vessel at the Freire shipyards in Vigo (Spain). This new tuna vessel will incorporate the latest innovations developed by Marco, such as the Powerdavit purse davit, the Load Sensing system with electrical controls and the Marbox monitoring system.

All these new innovations are mainly focused to improve the efficiency of the system, simplify the installation and improve its operability. As additional developments, the system will have a double davit for speedboats and a work boat davit with support.
