New office in Ecuador

As part of this strategy and in order of becoming closer to our customers and reinforce its world class customer service, TH COMPANY has today opened its new office in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador, which is to become the company's logistics hub for hydraulic and pneumatic material in the country.

The new office, with an excellent location and up-to-date facilities, is to offer technical assistance service, original spares, and hydraulic/pneumatic components to all customers in its three business lines in Ecuador: fishing, mining and other industries.

The new facilities feature a 200 m2 workshop and a large warehouse for original spare parts, enabling the company to offer customers repair and maintenance services for equipment and facilities and a wide range of original spares quickly and efficiently.

Along with original spares, the new office will, like the office in Manta, sell complete installations and equipment under the MARCO and Pullmaster brands, along with maintenance and repair services for MARCO equipment and systems on customer vessels or at Guayaquil´s office´s new workshop. To ensure a world class service, the new office will be staffed by a team with broad experience in the fishing sector in Ecuador. The goal is to offer close and top customer service.

As the company's logistics hub for hydraulic and pneumatic material, the supply of these materials is set to be one of the strengths of the new office. It is equipped with a large warehouse stocked with over 2800 items from top-level brands such as Parker, Danfoss, Eaton, Charlynn, Vickers, Denisson, Pullmaster, Hydrostar, KTI and Mathers, among others. It will serve customers from all three business lines.

It is also set to help boost the company's growth in Ecuador`s mining sector. The office will feature a specific mining division, headed by staff with broad experience in the sector to provide rocks, minerals and waste processing solutions for the mining, industrial minerals, aggregates industries.

TH COMPANY began to work in Ecuador in 2017, when it opened its first office in the city of Manta to distribute and provide after-sales service for MARCO brand products, and to serve hydraulic and pneumatic supplies to the shipping and industrial sectors. In recent years, the company has extended its sales to other industries such as mining. Along with the new office in Guayaquil it has also expanded its network of offices in the country with a technical assistance centre for the fishing industry in Posorja.

TH COMPANY now has 12 offices and agents operating on its behalf in over 40 countries. The company has developed over the years in pursuit of its goal of being both global and close-by for all its customers.
