Marco has successfully completed the commissioning of deck equipment and hydraulic systems for five new tuna vessels (Itsas Txori, Izaro, Gijón, Tamara, and Galerna II) for the Murueta, Armón, and Zamakona shipyards. It is worth highlighting the great trust placed by the shipyards in the company's know-how, as two of the tuna vessels, the Izaro built by Zamakona for Echebastar and the 3 vessels built by Armón for GrupoMar, are among the first vessels of this type being built by the shipyards.
The implemented deck and fishing equipment, main winch, auxiliary winches, anchoring equipment, deck crane, and net stacker are based on proprietary TH Marco technology, which is highly regarded worldwide due to its robustness and reliability.
