Pacifico Industrial (PISA) Mexican shipowner, has awarded to TH COMPANY the renewal of PISA I and PISA II sardine vessels´ hydraulic pumping system. Likewise, both vessel´s piping will be upgrade in order to improve and stabilize vessel´s deck equipment´s hydraulic demand.
After conducting a consistent analysis of both vessels´ hydraulic systems, TH COMPANY has proposed the implementation of a MARCO HPD DS-30 hydraulic pump drive with pneumatic clutch, a direct shaft input and a triple output, as the best option to improve both systems´ capacities.
This new HPDs, together with the ongoing piping works, will allow PISA Group to gain in versatility during the fishing manoeuvre of its vessels, as well as increase deck equipment´s power capacity.
The PISA I and PISA II fishing vessels are 32.31 meters long with an 8.69 meters beam and fish hold volume of 260 m3.
TH COMPANY has been collaborating with the PISA Group in recent years and has completed the refurbishment of its other two fishing vessels, El Azteca and Admiralty, with excellent results. The group was created in 1979 in Mexico for the production of fish oil and fishmeal. It currently has a fleet of four vessels and a processing plant strategically located on the shores of the Sea of Cortez in Mexico.
This new contract consolidates TH COMPANY & MARCO as one of the most trusted technology suppliers of the fishing industry in Mexico and reinforces company´s market leadership in Latam, region where over the past years TH COMPANY has inaugurated different offices in Mexico, Ecuador and Peru to provide a closer and a better service to its customers.
